Dusit Hotels & Resorts has a strict refund/return/cancellation policy, Refunds will not be given due to:

  • In case of customer purchased the wrong type of Gift Card.
  • In case of changing the price of Gift Card in the future.
  • In case of recipients not used Gift Card before expiry date.
  • In case of recipients lost their Gift Card or stolen.
  • In case of change of mind after purchased a Gift Card.

In case that;

  • The recipient or purchaser received the wrong type of Gift Card or its quantity does not match the order.
  • The recipient or purchaser would like to top-up the value of Gift Card

Please contact us immediately within 15 days by the day you order, otherwise we may not helping you fix the problem in time. Dusit Hotels & Resorts pleased to resend a Gift Card without any charge. However recipient or purchaser must send a wrong order Gift Card back to us. Once we received that Gift Card we will send you the new one.

In case of refund applicable to purchaser, it will be done via the guaranteed credit card used in making payment of such Gift Card, according to banking procedures.
